Returns & Refunds Policy

Coolcoshirts will gladly accept returns of most unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange. You may return merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that circumstances may arise where canceling an order is necessary. Rest assured, we can accommodate such requests within 24 hours of purchase, and a full refund will be credited when canceled orders are received.

Return window

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following policy to receive a full refund via your original form of payment (including PayPal).

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without being used, washed, or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • Customized items cannot be returned unless the product(s) is defective.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • Returns purchased with sales or offers will only be refunded the final purchase price.
  • We exclude sale and promotional items and remain subject to our standard returns/exchange policy.
  • We can only process exchanges if the product(s) you purchased is defective or you received the wrong product(s). If you want to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return procedure and place a new order.
  • The return is, unfortunately, not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).

Return Processing

  1. Please get in touch with our customer service team to start the return process with the following information: Order numberReasonVideo, or photo of the faulty product.
  2. Once we receive your return request and determine eligibility, We will provide the return address via email.
  3. Insert your receipt and the items into the original packaging.
  4. Turn the package over to the courier; please close the box securely after the courier has checked the return shipment.

Refund Conditions

We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Stolen when the carrier confirms delivered
  • If 30 days have gone by once your order has been delivered
  • Customized items
  • Orders are delayed due to weather and disease

Defective or Wrong Item

We kindly ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any claims can be made immediately. Please email with photo proof along with the product packaging in your email within three days of receipt of the defective/wrong item(s). We will send a prompt replacement in 5 days after receiving and confirming your email. 

If your item meets any of the conditions below, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as you receive the item.

  • The item itself is defective
  • Received the wrong item
  • Wrong item design
  • Mismatched product color, size, etc

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Processing

If your return is reviewed and determined eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days once we receive the product to process your return and credit any funds on your original form of payment.
